Anupama has evolved as a seasoned business management professional with more than 30 years of rich and diverse experience across industries including Conglomerates, Manufacturing/Engineering, Construction, Information Technology & Services and various organizational functions. Awarded the “Super Women Achiever – 2021”, “100 TOP Coaching Minds – 2020”, “TOP HR Minds – 2018” by World HRD Congress.

Frederic (Fred) Martin holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ENSAM (Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts et Metiers) and brings over 35 years of international experience, primarily in the ferrous and non-ferrous metals sectors. He joined the John Cockerill Group in 2005, starting as General Manager of CMI Thermline before advancing to Vice President Operations. In 2009, he took on the role of General Manager at CMI Engineering Beijing, followed by a leadership position at CMI Industry America from 2016 to 2020. Most recently, he served as Vice President and CEO of the Metals Business Line within the John Cockerill Industry sector.
Fred is recognized for his strategic mindset and leadership qualities, as well as his ability to make impactful business decisions. His extensive international exposure has given him a hands-on understanding of diverse work cultures. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in developing talent, shaping high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. He has successfully navigated complex, cross-cultural environments and is known for driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Earlier in his career, Fred held key roles at Fives Stein, Shanghai Stein Heurtey, and Durmech Engineering. His expertise spans steel processing engineering, general management, business planning, international transactions, contract negotiations, project execution, and continuous improvement.
Mr. Vivek Bhide, has over 33 years of experience in the chemicals and industrial manufacturing domain. Mr. Bhide holds Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He also holds the Master of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of Delaware in U.S.A. He has a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Vivek Bhide started his career in the process engineering and R & D domain with DuPont in the U.S.A. where he was instrumental in spearheading multiple projects across technology, manufacturing, new business / product development and analytical science.
Mr. Mr. Vivek Bhid e moved back to India with DuPont India to lead the Packaging and Industrial polymers business for the South Asia region. Later he was in a Global Marketing role for DuPont’s pigment business. As a senior leader, he has worked with Danaher Group as the Managing Director of Gilbarco Veeder Root India. He then became the President of Fortive India, overseeing strategy for Fortive’s growth in India across multiple businesses. In his last position, he was the Managing Director for John Cockerill India Limited and a member of the Extended Group Executive Committee. He is the Regional President India of John Cockerill Group.
Mr. Vivek Bhide has strong leadership qualities and keen interest in mentoring professionals. His geographical exposure covers India and overseas markets enabling him to gain hands-on exposure of cross cultural working. Mr. Bhide specialises in Strategy Development, Marketing Management, Technology Management, Manufacturing Management, New Business Development and Leadership Development.
Mr. Vivek Bhide is a member of the Rotary Club of Bombay Powai. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in India
